She is chaplain to Frederick’s Junior Fire Company, serves on the Frederick Chief of Police Advisory Board, and is active in Rotary Club International, having earned its prestigious Service Above Self award in 2006. Most recently, she served as co-chair of the capital campaign for the Emergency Family Shelter Program. Rev. Daniel and her husband, Rev. Kenneth Daniel, CEO of United Church Homes, are the proud parents of sons Mark and Christopher. Rev. Daniel retired as Pastor of Evangelical Reformed United Church of Christ in June of 2023.
